Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation or order placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes only.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make the payment at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available) to monitor your shipment.
Delays

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
Dedicated Kart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
